Nice to meet you,
Hi! 👋🏼
I’m Aleca, founder of Becoming Your Muse.
Over the years, I have experienced the incredible power of Yoga Nidra to unlock the potential of the subconscious mind, leading to incredibly profound healing and personal growth.
Alongside with the magic that the earth provides us in the form of nutrition & herbs, all healing is possible. 🌿
Through this practice, we will reconnect your body, mind, and spirit, allowing you to tap into your body’s innate intelligence & inner wisdom, unlocking your full potential. 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏾🧘🏻♂️
I have always been drawn to creating spaces of safety, clarity, and deep transformation. Many people have told me I have an ability to help them feel at ease and see things from a new perspective.
This calling led me to completing over 600 hours of formal training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), where I deepened my knowledge in:
Yoga Nidra —the profound practice of deep rest and subconscious healing.
Holistic Nutrition — supporting well-being through nourishment and intuitive eating.
Herbalism — connecting with plant wisdom for holistic balance.
Beyond certifications, my greatest education has been a lifetime of helping others reconnect with themselves. My work is about more than techniques—it’s about guiding women back to their own inner wisdom.
Together, as we embark on this transformative journey, I will be there alongside you, providing guidance and support as you choose your life with intention.
I look forward to healing with you,
Aleca
A little bit more about me…
I have an affinity for travel, photography and writing. I have wanted to have a blog since I was 13 and I thought tumblr was the world. Last year I spent 6 weeks backpacking through Europe, moving to a new city every 2-3 days. It was the trip of a lifetime (for now), as I plan to do it many more times. I have a dog who looks like a coyote. In the last four years I have grown more in love with film photography in all of its forms. The picture you’ll see below with the bikes is from Amsterdam, and I have about a hundred more just like it that warm my heart. I am working to practice more and more low waste / sustainable practices at home. I believe clean water is just as important to our health as a healthy spirit. I am on a mission to create “time freedom”, as opposed to just location freedom. I believe the greatest journey of my life will come through entrepreneurship, and I hope it is my mission to do so in a way that helps others achieve positive change in their life, in big and small ways.
